Hi,
I have a game which works in Windows 98. When I try to
install the same in XP it gives an error saying that it
cannot be installed in XP and that it's not a 32bit
application.
My question is "Is there any way that such applications as
above can be installed through a compatibility mode?" I
understand that by default compatibilty mode allows
programs to run after they have been installed in XP. Is
it possible to use it for installing applications also?

Thanks,

Sanjeev

Hi,

Certainly you can install them in compatibility mode. Just open the wizard
from the program/accessories menu and select the setup file before selecting
the preferred OS.
