Appending data from XML file to existing table...

Hi guys,
I have a series of XML files that I'd like to append to an exisiting table
and I'd like to do it with the push of a command button.

What code structure should I start with to perform the opening of the
appropriate XML file and the appending of the data to an existing table?
 
If you are using AccessXP, go to the Help file and search on XML.
