Append Query

I try to append records from table1 into table2 using an Append Query. Even I
have 2 numeric records in table1, I receive the message: "You are about to
append 0 row(s) ". Can anybody help me, please?
 
Hi,

You usually get a longer error message than that. Can you post a bit more
please. One thing to look out for is to make sure you haven't included any
autonumber fields in the append query.

If you say "Yes" and let it post, it will then give you a longer
message that will describe all the ways in which Access will NOT append
the records. Next to each reason will be the number of records that
were NOT append for that reason.

Once you get that information we can figure out what is happening.
Untill then we really can't help much.
