APPEND QUERY DIALONG BOX

I can not find this dialog box....I'm trying to dedup a large database and do
not want to have to do it manually.

Help says, "2. In query Design view, click Query Type (okay) on the toolbar,
and then click Append Query....I don't see any Append Query to click!
 
It is the icon with the gren plus sign and exclamation mark.

Alternatively, you can use the MenuBar Query / Append Query ...
