Hello everybody,

I have some problem since I have my new computer with vista. I have this
error :
En francais : "explorateur windows a cessé de fonctionner"
Error Report:

Some idea :
- maybe because of a software or a program that I have installed in my
computer and that is not compatible with vista.
- It error often arrived when I use Office 2003,

That .dll is from your Toshiba Bluetooth device. A quick Google brings
up quite a few links with suggestions, including some postings on the
Toshiba European user forums. The conflict probably has nothing to do
with MS Office. Here are a few things to try:

1. Update the Bluetooth drivers. Get them from Toshiba's (or your OEM if
not Toshiba) support website for your specific model computer.

2. If that doesn't help, if you don't use Bluetooth disable it.

3. Contact the computer mftr.'s tech support under your warranty.
