app launcher for usb drives ?

is there an app launcher that can run from a usb drive and pass
parameters to launched programs? i have most single exe's in the root
folder of my usb drive and apps like portable firefox, xnews, npop in
sub-dirs; what i am looking for is an app launcher that'll let me list
all my apps on my usb drive (maybe include a run command like from
start>run from the start button) and pass parameters to those apps
(such as portable firefox) i want to run/launch from my usb drive
(starts up as a different drive letter on each system i use my usb
drive on); something with sub folder support and does not necessarily
run in systray unless minimized.

is there such a thing?

The idea of Unlimited Menus creation based on the fact that all SysTray
launchers fill their icon ListBox with folders, sub-folders,
sub-sub-folders, etc. imposing after some time the necessity to keep
notes for a navigation through them. So what is more simple than having
one launcher with several menu lists named according to their contents,
and which they can be called immediatelly in conformance with the
specific time needs. And that's exactly this application: a SysTray
launcher constituted from two separated programs.

- My menu which is the execution interface of the unlimited number of
the menus you've created. My Menu lists can launch programs,
shortcuts, files, folders, system applications, internet links, e-mail
accounts... almost everything that is approachable with a computer.

- Menu Builder which is the constructing tool of your launching menus.
With this program you can construct menus that contain all the above
named items which can be added in the same Menu list and can be
launched within the My Menu Program.

Unlimited Menus means Unlimited ways of launching processes and an
Unlimited number of launching items in the same Menu list.

thanks mel:

actually i was looking for a no install type which i found in horst
schaffer qsel -

http://home.mnet-online.de/horst.muc/win/

itself can run from a USB drive (its a no install) and sits in the
system tray and allows for multiple menus and recognizes drive letters
changes (menus are stored in ini files rather than the registry) and is
actually on PWH list (not to mention its very small!)

QSel looks interesting.

FWIW: You can also create a Menuing System in the Windows (Start Menu)
by using Folder(s) and Shortcuts.

I use the launch program part of a43( http://www.shawneelink.net/~bgmiller/).
Start if from a dos script and set a variable with the current drive and then
edit each shortcut in a43 to start with the %variable% name you just set.

As i'm using a43 from my usb for file management, this works for me
