In the code you posted you are using RichTextBox which (if my memory does not betray me) does not exist in System.Windows.Forms namespace. Maybe you should provide more info on what is that control.

For the sake of posterity I must point out that this is incorrect and that
the RichTextBox class most definitely DOES reside in the
System.Windows.Forms namespace.

Any exceptions being swallowed?

What code should run when you change text?
