AOL INSTANT MESSAGING

My daughter keeps getting knocked off AOL instant
messaging all the time. I've upgraded the service and
even added netscape and using the aol there and still
getting knocked off. what's the problem????????
 
Robert you are an idiot....

he's talking about AOL instant messenger not AOL service...
