Anyway to produce less heat with a 6600 GT Agp card ?

Underclock the ram, core ect. Undervolt it. Its for a HTTPC just
trying to reduce the heat.

You could try the NVIDIA videocard group. And I would try limiting
the number of posts about the same subject. Maybe something like "A
quiet home theater PC?"
