Hi Rod,

I was thinking the same thing, not for myself but for others.
I don't know if you experienced it yourself but many here are buying new
computers and have Vista Basic installed. They get really disappointed at the
lack of features and want to do an "Upgrade Anytime" but can't.

I wonder if it has to do with exchange rates, if that is the case maybe
other countries have the same problem.
