I just wanted to know if any thing has changed for windows services
in .net 3.5 (C#)..

Functionally, absolutely nothing. There may be bugfixes from 2.0 to 2.0 SP1,
but you shouldn't notice those unless you noticed bugs.

I was writing my first win service in .net 3.5 so I thought I will
find out if there is anything new..
I googled, didnt anything...
