Anyone know what this means??

I have a Sony Laptop, Windows XP Home SP2

When I go into the control panel, add remove users also when I right click
on My Computer, properties, I get an error message:
C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or
WriteProcessMemory request was completed.

I ran a virus scan and came up clean. But still get this error.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

From Google on ReadProcessMemory, this looks like some kind of major
system corruption. You might try running from a command prompt sfc
/scannow - you should have the folder i386 on your drive, usually in the
Windows folder; if not, then you will need either a Windows install CD
or to restore your computer from the Sony restore disk set. Try to back
up your important files first.
