Anyone know of a Go To Parent button addon/alternative for Vista Explorer?

I thought I'd get used to it but I haven't - the lack of a Go To Parent
button in Vista Explorer is annoying me more and more. Does anyone know of
an addon which provides this, or any way of getting it in Explorer?

And while we're on the subject, is there a way to Ctrl-click to open a new
Explorer window? You'd expect Ctrl-click on one of the breadcrumb bar
folders to open a new window at that folder but it doesn't. It's so
annoying not having this!

You're talking about the button that takes you up one level in the directory
structure? I missed that at first. However I find the way Vista handls this
to be pretty neat.
Across the top of your folder view (in the address bar) you'll see the
complete path to where you are currently with the open folder. You can click
any of the various directories in that path to get where you want, including
the name of the directory that is the next one up (the one the button you
miss would take you too).
I don't use it a lot because I forget it's there, but I think the way Vista
handles this is pretty good and actually more useful than the button you're
talking about.
But I assume you've already tried the Vista method and found it wanting.

It's not a mouse click, but <Alt>+<Up Arrow> will move to the parent folder.

No thoughts on opening the parent folder in a new window, sorry.
