Anyone know how to hyperlink destination in a cell?

i want the destination picture in a cell (as opposed to the hyperlink
itsself) - as per html

anyone know how to do this? - i figured excel was web page compliant by now
 
Hyperlink destination

I saw no posts for this question.
It is a few years ago, but hey.

This works for hyperlinks somewhere in this or any Excel workbook
Use the camera tool.
You can find it by View>Toolbars>Customize>Commands>Tools>..... and drag the camera to a toolbar.
Select destination cell (or cells)
Click the camera
Navigate to where you want the 'hyperlink' and click.
You see the destination cells and they change dynamically.
By double clicking the 'picture' you go to the destination
