Anyone have a template for computer inventory?

I am looking for an inventory template (Excel or Access) which has fields for
model, serial number, as well as what software was installed and when.
 
Hi Paul.
You could use some of the sample databases provided. Than modify to meet
your specific needs. If you want to do it from scratch, use two tables, one
for the equipment and than one for the related table for the software with
dates and version fields.
