Anybody ever set-up incoming phone calls to popup clients record

Have any of you God like people ever got this to work

Got as far as
1. New modem that’s supports CallerID
2. Phone line callerid signal activated
3.CallerId signal tested through modem

I'm thinking that no one has given that no one's responded. The technical
term for what you're trying to implement is CTI - Computer Telephony
Interface. Personally, I can't speak as to the loops that you'll have to jump
through to implement it...or if its possible. You're going to have to look at
the capabilities of the software on telephone software.
