Anybody else getting Paypal "confirmation" requests?

It asks you to confirm banking/credit card information @

Why isn't Paypal in that URL I wonder? This looks bogus. There are also
grammatical errors in the message as well. Its unlikey a huge company like
Paypal would make grammatical mistakes.

If you check the PayPal web page then you will probably find
that someone is fishing for your credit card details.
