hi all,

I recieve 300 messages each day with the content of "Microsoft security
pack" or similar.

I simply need an web based email client or any web based page where I simply
say that if the message contains 'Microsoft' simply delete it in the server
without viewing or attempting to download it.

any other ways, any comments?

www.gawab.com
after opening a free email account, you can create filters to
automatically delete emails containing certain words in from, to, or
subject.

Rahman,

You *could* use fox mail, make a rule that if the header contains that
specific subject lime or text in the message body then have it deleted
from the server immediately.

Similar to that you could make a rule that any message with a size >
let's say 200 K, the message would go the same way (deleted from server
that is).

Foxmail can be downloaded from:

http://fox.foxmail.com.cn/english.htm (and is *of course* freeware!)

After installing the program look in the program folder for files with
the extension "LBG" and delete them, unless Chinese is a second
language for you!

Support in English for FoxMail at Net-Integrations
(www.net-integration.net) and The Hare's Lair (www.hazeleger.net)
available!

For the record, I have a kill-swen-on-server setup going, using my POP
client, and one[1] of the rules is size-based. So far, the range 140k-161k
seems to be working[2].

[1]The full filter uses both size and lack of any From field keywords
that appear in all of my email addresses.

[2]I got one odd one that was something like 12k, but that's an
abberration I'll live with, rather than have too-broad criteria.

I have email addresses with http://au.yahoo.com/ that aren't receiving
any junk mail. You can choose to use them as web based accounts or have
free pop access.

Cool. What are they? :)[/QUOTE]

Worth their weight in Gold given the present situation with worms. ;-)
