Any way to send an email to one person automatically every week?

I'm trying to set outlook up so it automatically sends an email to one person
at 8am every Friday...is this possible without going into Options and
choosing the Do not deliver before.....and having to do this manually for the
next 20 Fridays?

Any advice appreciated, thanks.
