Any way to retrieve Autocomplete email addresses?

I'm running Outlook 2003. I've lost my Autocomplete email addresses and more
than half of them were not saved email addresses in my contacts. Does anyone
know how I can retreive them and/or why they just disappeared from one day to
the next?
