any way to reduce TFT monitor response times?

I am curious to know if there is a way to tweak my LG L1920P Flatron TFT monitor or computer hardware
so that I can get a faster response time than 25ms,
which currently causes some ghosting in certain situations.

No. It's inherent in the TFT's design.

No figures about color response time, but should be about 20 ms.
