Any way to clear and rebuild Taskbar?

I though I had fixed my problems (different thread) with icons out of
place, two level Taskbar, language selection option not showing. This
mainly involved moving the grey vertical separator lines around.

When I rebooted tonigth, it was worse than ever. Now my running
programs show up twice and my language icons are gone.

Is there some way to clear out the Taskbar and get it to rebuild from
scratch?
