Any suggestion on how to open LDB file?

Hi,

We are looking for either ways or a safe third party software to open and
read MS ACCESS LDB file. The search led us to Workbench.exe. Does anyone
have suggestion or recommendation?

Thanks, however when I open the notepad, it's a bunch asian characters (my
notebook support multilanguages, since I have UltraEdit. I opened the file
with it instead, it works great! Thanks again.
