Any reason not to user /3GB switch with 2gb+ RAM?

Is there any reason, on supported Windows 2000 Server platforms, not to
use the /3GB switch if you have 2gb or more physical memory?

1- You may significantly reduce the available System Page Table entries.
2- RAM in excess of 16 gb will be ignored or unused.
