Any potential problems with this setup?

Asus nForce2 Ultra 400 Chipset Model "A7N8X-E Deluxe"
AMD Athlon XP 2800+ " Barton", 333MHz FSB, 512K Cache Processor
Corsair XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series, 184 Pin 256MB DDR PC-3200

Specifically with the choice of memory? I've read plenty of good
things about Corsair memory, but wasn't sure if what I selected was a
good choice for the motherboard/cpu combo, or if I might see better
results with a different brand.

Any advice?

FWIW, I've had 3 sticks of Corsair's 256MB XMS modules (PC3200LLPT) in
my plain jane A7N8X v2.00 w/Barton 2800+ (@ 3200+ speeds and faster) for
the past 8 months now and the system has been 110% rock solid w/WinXP
Pro.
Cheers,
Ed

I personally have Corsair 3200LL and they're great. I presume yours are
3200C2? Still very good memory but with slightly (marginally) relaxed
timings. Unlikely to notice the difference at 200MHz.

The biggest problem with memory is that there is "only" 256MB, depends what
you want to do but I personally recommend at least 512MB for
gaming/development these days.

You should be happy with the system.
