Any Linux apps like POP Peeper? (DEB/KDE package preferred).

I'd like to be able to preview my email headers and delete selected
messages from the POP server while in Linux, like you can in Windows
with POP Peeper and similar Windows apps. (What I would *really* like
is a cross platform email client which can do this natively like
Eudora can, but since I am using Thunderbird in Linux I guess I'll
have to settle for a third party utility, if one exists). I am running
Kubuntu, so I'd like to find a debian app, preferably designed for
KDE. (KShowMail almost fits the bill, but I can only find it in RPM
format).

man fetchmail

Have considered something like that, but for some reason I've never
been able to get Wine installed and configured properly. If I ever do,
I might try running Eudora that way.

I use Popcorn under WINE. HTH.
