any known mirrors to firedeamon lite 1.7 ?

This is the last version I believe that let you make a (1) app as a service
for free.

Also are there any other applications like this?

I know about these 2 already:--->

Instrsrv.exe installs and removes system services from Windows NT/2000
Srvany.exe allows any Windows application to run as a service.
