Any ideas of putting (a clean) scrolling marquee in/on a PP pres?

How would one include a scrolling marquee in a MS Power Point presentation?
Some screen captures have worked, but not cleanly. I have limited experience
with HTML. Thank you.
 
You don't need HTML to do this. Just animate the text you want to scroll.

For PPT 2002/2003:
Place text horizontally centered
Slide > Custom Animation
Entrance > Fly in (From right, very slow)
Exit > Fly out (To left, very slow, After previous)
