Any Idea????

Hey Friends!
Before I was using Motorola Fax Modem in OS Win XP
professional, and now I have changed the modem with new
modem, before removing the Motorola Fax Modem I removed
the driver of Motorola and its other software. Now I
installed the new modem and driver, but when I start my
Windows on after logging in on the start one message is
coming like this "Motorola SM 56 PCI Modem,
Cannot register with SM 56 driver,
Press OK to exit"

Then I have to press ok to cancel this box.
Is there any help to remove this box?
