Rob V.

I need to create a site with password protected pages.
For example: I need a page from a public site that only
certain people can enter. How is that done and are there
any tutorials to help. I am new to FP 2002 and need some
help. Thanks.

It's the same procedure.

If New/Folder is grayed out, you probably don't have the root folder highlighted.

| That's for 2000. I need help in FP2002. The folder option
| by the way is greyed out.

......also, the settings must be done on the host/remote web, if the host
allows it.

The procedure is for all versions of FrontPage from 2000 onwards. Can only
be done using a Webserver that supports subwebs with unique permissions.
Some hosts do not support this.
Must be done on the Live web site, since permissions cannot be published.
