Hi, all. Would any landlords be out there who use and can recommend a
good freeware package for real estate investment accounting for landlords
and general real estate investments? TIA.

Bob, there was one discussed here 6 or so months ago which I downloaded and
tried out but didn't keep. It was pretty decent.
Try a Google as follows:
landlord - rental software
and you'll probably find it.
