There's daBlog, .Text, Community Server has a built-in blogging engine, and
there are some newer variations and "knock offs" of these. This question was

Scott Hanselman did his dasBlog dog and pony show in Milwaukee a couple of
weeks ago as a Deep in .NET event speaker. This dasBlog application as
opposed to Community Server writes to XML files whereas Community Server
writes to SQL Server. Hanselman also talked a lot about how available he has
made the dasBlog C# source which could be very useful to other developers.
