Any freeware to save the websites in .mht format and be able to organise
them and browse?

I know that IE does it but i want it for someone very novice ;-)

While on line
File > Save AS > Web Archive Single file(*.mht).
(From the "Save as type" drop down list)

This will save in .mht format.

if you use firefox there is a MAF extension that does MHT too...
Its very good
