Hi,

I have 2 years working experience of VS 2003 and SQL 2000. Since our
company is updating the system to VS 2005 and SQL 2005, I want to
update my knowledge accordingly. Does anyone can recon me a good one? I
am in Sydney.

Thanks,
Rong

This is my advice..

If you start going after training courses as every new technology releases
you will no tbe able to survive in this field of IT for long.. today
everything is changing at a rapid rate, making new things to evolve every
hour.. since you have 2 years of experience, what you can do is just learn
to "learn new things". I doubt a training course is the best way to go
about.. I have my reason to say this.. let's take a sample senario..
Let's assume a new technology evolve today and every one is running after
it.. then YOU will ask some one to direct you to a training course, mean you
wait till a one learn it by himself and train you.. rather what you have to
do is,,, be the first to know it.. get it installed and do some home work
while reading the help, reading the what's new etc.. while writing some test
applications..

Nirosh.
