Antivirus suite

We use Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition for our small network, about 20
computers.
I received a demo version of Panda Platinum and I liked it. I'd like to get
your opinions about their suite, how it works and if should I change from
Symantec. I did some research in the newsgroup but didn't find much
information.
I want a central server where it can update and scan itself and control all
workstations from there.

You might want to think about Centralized Reporting and Centralized Alerting
besides Centralized Configuration Management.
