Antivirus software?

I'm looking for antivirus software that doesn't eat up a lot of system
resources. Also, something that updates often would be good too. I used to
use AVG, but I'm looking for something else.

I just downloaded AntiVir and will try that out. I tried Avast once before
and didn't like it.

My favorite "on demand" AV is ClamWin

My favorite real time AV is still Avast, warts and all.

ClamWin works for me. AntiVir is another good choice, but if you are
on a dialup connection, the large, slow downloads will drive you nuts
after a while.
