antispyware error message

QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS
Message: After downloading Microsoft antispyware, A
message appeared as follows-----Internal error:
2753.gcaslinstall Helper.exe. And cannot remove from
control panel (add/remove) to redownload from microsoft.
Please advise. Also, Click on repair and error message
reappears.
