Antec SX835II or SX635BII Case -- Anybody Own One?

I'm looking at the Antec SX835II case, but in reading reviews a big
complaint is the difficulty of hooking up the front panel USB and
Firewire connectors. So, I'm considering the SX635BII instead. I'd
rather have the extra space in the SX835II but would rather have an
easier install. So,my first question is:

Are these front panel connectors easier to hookup on the SX635BII?

Question 2: Does the "swing out" side panel come off easily? (I have
to take the panel off to access the slots without pulling the case out
of it's location.)

I have read several complaints about the "lock" on the swing out side
panel.
Question 3: Will the panel stay closed without locking it, or must it
be locked?

Thanks.

I have 2 SX835's One has front firewire and the other is the older model
without. I would think the position of the headers on the motherboard would
have a lot to do with ease of hookup. I just went with a front panel over my
CD-RW that had sufficient cable length.

I love the swing out side panels! You need 3 or 4 inches on the rear side
for it to swing free. Then you pull it back 1/2 inch and it's free. Panels
stay snug without the lock. Very handy if you like to swap components ;-)

I sold my SX635 recently. Some of the larger HSF's might get close to the
power supply again depending on the mobo layout. If the ZIF socket is
mounted high you could have a problem. Also there is a crossmember which
makes access to the top of the mobo a bit difficult. Not a problem if you
build and leave it that way, but changing memory and CPU's are a pain.

Hope this helps.

Thanks very much for your reply. I think it has clarified my choice.
