anoying background sound

everytime a page refreshes, opens etc a f*** backgrund sound occurs
how do i disable it?
 
Hey Rune,

Try this:
1. Click on the Tools menu option
2. Once the Internet Options dialog comes up, choose the Advanced tab
3. In the Advanced tab, scroll down till you see the section for Multimedia
4. Uncheck the box labeled 'Play sounds in web pages'
