Another request: freeware mapping utility

We have yet another machine I have taken on.
It is such a mess, I would like a free utility to be able to move
progfiles (not win files) into directories for future
sorting/deleting..and still have them engage accordingly when you
execute.

Anything out there you know of please?

Partition Magic has a utility for that. I know of no freeware that does it.
