Another new problem

I've got a user whose installation of Outlook XP (2002) that, as best as I
can resolve it in my mind, cannot distinguish between the Compose mode and
Read mode of a form. Thus when she opens up an existing folder object, it
wipes out all the data that was stored with it. Does that ring any bells
with anyone?

Thanx in advance for whatever help anyone can offer!

That doesn't make much sense, I'm afraid. I doubt that existing data was
deleted. Clearing her forms cache would be a good move.

I apologize, but I should have gone back and marked this as "Nevermind".
This was something of a theory that someone else at the company proposed
before I found the MS KB article about OL 2002 SP3 and the ".Find" method
problem. It seemed at the time as good a theory as I could come up with so
I posted it thinking it might jar some thoughts. But this was solved when I
killed the ".Find" method out of the form script.

Thanks anyway!
