on 3/31 which includes the .MIL at Fort Huachuca & DOD NIC, ICANN, Verisign
and NASA.

We have seen this freak spam his Blog before. Thius time he is On Topic.
However I am SURE he has spammed this to news groups were gthe subject matter
is OT. I doubt it a Tor exit node.

When I used GG and Tor to post to Usenet, I had a hell of a time getting past
