Annoying toolbar that won't go away

I was looking at some porn and I accidentally downloaded
this annaoying tool bar that shows up on everything. It
comes up when I open up windows explorer to look under my
computer. It has slowed down my web surfing to a crawl.
Please help me get rid of this thing.
