Annoying popup plugin

I have this annoying popup plugin that loads at startup
of the PC in IE, on the left hand side as a navigator
search bar. I'm not sure whose it is. I am very certain
it is not a virus.

Is there a way to remove this permanently ?

1. Right-click Internet Explorer
2. Click Properties
3,. CLick Settings
4. Click View Object
5. Delete the plugin from here.

Make sure you reomve the entry from.

start | Run | type msconfig press enter | startup tab
