annoying popup at boot up of windows

Every time windows starts an error message pops up: "Missing file C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ ibm00001.exe" The file does
not reside at the folder. What file is this? I have been trying to use
MSCONFIG to remove the tick for the file under the bootup tab but to no
avail. Please help.
