When I'm on the Internet and Outlook is open and no matter
what program I'm using, a pop-up box appears every few
seconds. Enter Network Password

Please type user name and password.

Server: pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com

It does not prevent me from using any other programs, but
no matter what I do or enter it keeps coming back. I
contacted SBC 3 times, they cannot help and told me to
contact MicroSoft. This problem started when they helped
me set-up a sub-account. I have Windows XP Home Edition
and Office Standard Edition 2003
Thank you for any suggestions.

Something on your machine is wanting to connect to the Internet and thinks
there is no connection. I doubt subaccounts at SBC Yahoo! (I have five of
them) are contributing factors.
