Annoying Messages Supression?

L

Larry

Whenever I attempt to link to an executeable file from
within PowerPoint through either Action Buttons or
hyperlinks, I get the following message (example:
RealPlayer)

Opening C:\Program Files\Real\RealPlayer\realplay.exe

Some files can contain viruses or otherwise be harmful to
your computer. You should be certain that this file is
from a trustworthy source. Would you like to open this
file? <yes> <no>

During an Excutive presentation, constantly getting this
message makes the presentation look very unprofessional.
Is there an effective way to supress all such messages so
the presentation flows smoothly? Thanks in advance for
your input.
