Annoying "bloop" sound in IE

Anyone have any ideas what is up with this "bloop" sound
that happens anytime a new page is opened? It's driving
me nuts and I can't seem to shake it.

Control Panel - Sounds.......

Enable / disable as you find appropriate.

Control Panel | Sounds
Scroll down to Windows Explorer and set Start Navigation and Complete
Navigation to None.

Also, do you have a pop up stopper installed?

Yep, I sure do. But I'm sure that's not it. And I've
tried everything that the other two people mentioned.
