Annoying beeping sound

Hi,

Does anyone know how to stop an annoying beeping sound thats coming from my motherboard? I've already gone into the local registry and set sound to 'no', but still makes that beeping noise. Any other suggestions?

Do you have any software that monitors the temperature on the motherboard or
fans? I would check to see if the fans are spinning.

Start --> Run --> devmgmt.msc

In the View Menu --> Show hidden devices

After that you find the section "Non-Plug and Play Drivers"

Double click on "Beep" and change the device usage to "Do not use this
device (disable"
