Annoyed by Windows Security Warning

I just installed SP2 and when I receive files from my friends, I get this
annoying error. "Windows Security Warning: To help protect your computer,
windows has blocked access to this file". I right click on the file, go to
properties and the unblock option is greyed out and not clickable. Is there
any way to turn this off? My friend doesn't have this issue and is using
SP2. Thanks.

Outlook Express -- Tools -- Options -- Security -- "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened..."

Hi, thanks but this doesn't solve my issue. It's in MSN Messenger where this
happens and Windows Messenger. Any ideas? Thank you.
